Vanaf 1 mei 2025 hoeft u voor veel kleine dagelijkse werken geen stedenbouwkundige vergunning meer aan te vragen, op voorwaarde dat bepaalde regels worden gerespecteerd (zoals geen werken in flexibiliteit bieden aan burgers en professionals, \u00e9n de administratieve last voor gemeenten en gewestelijke overheden verlichten. De procedures worden vereenvoudigd, de wachttijden verkort en vanaf september 2025 wordt een volledige digitalisering voorbereid, met de belofte van een volledig papierloos proces op termijn.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#8220;Deze hervorming zal niet alleen een positieve impact hebben op de aanvragers en hun architecten, maar ook op de medewerkers van de gemeentelijke en gewestelijke stedenbouwkundige diensten.
